Cancellation fee
Until the 30th day before arrival you can cancel your booking for free
29th-21th day before arrival 25% of travel price
20th-14th day before arrival 50% of travel price
from the 13th day before arrival 100% of travel price

Check-In / Check-Out
On your arrival day the Family Lodge will be available from 4 pm. On departure day please leave the Family Lodge until 10 am. For a possible early check in or late check out please ask our reception team.
